Coconut oil is an amazing product. Its health benefits include hair care, skin care, stress relief, cholesterol level maintenance, weight loss, boosted immune system, proper digestion and regulated metabolism. An all round wonderful product don’t you think?
I have slowly been introducing it into my skin care routine lately and I am delighted with it but there are so many other ways to use this incredible and natural product that it is mind boggling.
