COCKTAIL : STRAWBERRY TWIST

Do you ever get to a Saturday and you are more than happy to have put the working week behind you? Most weeks, right? Between work, households chores, extra curriculum activities, school lunches, projects, dinners and everything else, by the time Friday comes I am too tired to do anything. I look forward to having a couple of days with minimum chores and maximum enjoyment.

For me, this cocktail is to celebrate weekends. It’s fresh, it’s tasty, it’s sociable and it has fruit, which goes towards your 5 a day! (ok, maybe not).

You need vodka, concentrated lime, 7up, mint and strawberries. The mint and the strawberry are always a great combination and they don’t fail to impress in this cocktail.

Tear the mint and chop the strawberries and put them on the glass. Add some ice. Add 1.20 oz of vodka, a dash of concentrated lime and fill it up with 7up.

Sit back, put your feet up and enjoy it. You deserve it!

Have a great weekend! Chaotic Itzi
